Internet-Frigate has begun the project on automated system's sales and merchandising introduction on the Rostov sausage factory «Taurus» in 2006. As a result work of trading commands and integration with distributors were successfully automated and the standardized forms of reporting were developed. All of these innovations could raise quality and productivity of Rostov sausage factory «Taurus» repeatedly even at the initial stage. Since then the automated system sales and merchandising of Rostov sausage factory «Taurus» has undergone many changes and completions. Since 2007 till today, new functionality are created and take root in the System. In his reference Igor Negovora has underlined that automated system sales and merchandising not only considerably facilitates enterprise activity, «... completely justifying the money resources enclosed in it», but also stimulates functioning of difficult system of acceptance of administrative decisions. Training game Language Detectives, developed for the Swedish customer, is focused on children of 11-13 years. Game is sated by a juicy drawing, colourful, expressive animation and professionally sounded by carriers of the Scandinavian languages. On a plot the professor-linguist writing the book about the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian languages, loses the manuscript of the book. Protagonists - the boy and the girl - cheerful and inquisitive nephews of the employee of lost and found department office of railway station, find the manuscript and return it to professor. In the award for it the professor gradually trains children in foreign languages every day. After each next lesson children go for work to his uncle - to lost and found department office, where, applying the received knowledge, with pleasure and enthusiasm help the lost things to find the owners again. This system belongs to the class of WMS-systems (Warehouse Management System). Its functionality includes the general functions of the warehouse account, conducting address storage, formation of accounts, certificates and reports on the rendered services and other functions, characteristic for modern control systems of a warehouse. The system is created on the basis of modern web-technologies. One of the basic priorities in WMS-system working out are creation for logistical centre «ALKOM» of the simple, convenient and reliable tool of automation of the warehouse account, and also maintenance of flexibility and an adaptability of system in the course of its operation and at expansion of functionality. Before the work beginning predesign inspection in which course the information infrastructure of object of automation has been studied has been executed, business processes in the organisation are described, the analysis of current level of automation is made. By results of inspection conclusions are drawn on necessity of working out of the automated system of warehouse account WMS «ALKOM», and also offers on system engineering are prepared and proved. The problem under the given project, facing to developers of our company, consisted in creation of the client application for PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), providing performance of necessary registration and administrative functions through web-services of the centralised database accumulating the information on registration and transportations of modular cargoes. The application, realised on the basis of OS Windows Mobile, considerably facilitates processes of cargo receiving, transshipment, cargo delivery and also simplifies conducting on them the registration documentation. All entered information through PDA is transferred into the main database using GPRS. The mobile device is developed taking into account possible localisation on other languages and also equipped with barcode scaner and portable Bluetooth-printer for printing list of cargo receiving and other information. The tool of reception of calls of the citizens, developed according to the federal law number 59 from May 2, 2006 «About an order of consideration of calls of citizens of the Russian Federation» became the important functional addition in portal operation. Besides the official site of a city of Novocherkassk became multilingual: the structure has been changed and the content the English version of the site is completely refreshed. The Complex of the made operations undoubtedly considerably will expand and will deepen selfdescriptiveness of a resource, will make it more conveniently, more attractively and more clearly that the aesthetic pleasure in turn will not only give to its users and visitors, but also will allow to render at higher level informational services to the population of the city of Novocherkassk. The system provides performance of following functions: conducting the register of checks of subjects of small and average business of the Rostov region on the basis of the information given by supervising bodies; possibility of entering in system of calls and the questions arriving from controllable subjects of small and average business, with a view of the subsequent analysis and processing; reception of the regulated forms of account on the basis of the information in system. Besides all registers of system support export to a format of MS Excel, the system administrator has a possibility to receive also the regulated forms of account. The information system is developed and functions as the complex from installed software product and Internet tools.
