15.11.2016 Director of "Internet-Frigate" Sergey Khomyakov took part in the final competition - conference of program "UMNIK" as a member of the expert jury

The final conference of the competition program "UMNIK" was held on 10 November 2016. It was organized by the Mission Fund of assistance to innovation in the Rostov region and the Government of the Rostov region. The competition was attended by 64 youth innovation projects: 16 projects were presented in the areas of "Information Technology" and "New devices and hardware systems" after pre-selection stages. Regional experts evaluated the finalists. In IT-sections of the jury included representatives of the Public Council of Ministry of Information Technology and Communications of Rostov region, successful managers of IT companies, including director of "Internet-Frigate" Sergey Khomyakov. He was chairman of the directions. The members of the expert jury selected the projects. The passport provides to interested persons, first of all investors, information on plans for a development of the city (through the realized investment projects), about the free land plots and the operating city facilities. In 2015 our company translated "The passport of a development of the city of Rostov-on-Don" of the domestic program Faktor-Invest platform and carried out the first stage of modification of appearance and submission of information. Within the contract of 2016 the following main works will be carried out: • private offices and functional workplaces for the profile staff of regional administrations of the city of Rostov-on-Don will be created; • within the Passport the data on development plans for the built-up territories arriving from the information system of ensuring town-planning activity (ISETPA) of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don will be published; • works on updating of the Faktor-Invest platform and appearance of the Passport will be carried out; • conditions for search advance (SEO) of "The passport of a development of the city of Rostov-on-Don" will be created; • The passport and the website of investments and innovations of the city of Rostov-on-Don (www.investrostov.ru) will be integrated into a common information space; • information contents of system will be updated and expanded. On July 27, 2015 in the Government of the Rostov region the next governor's expert platform on the subject "Prospects and Problems of Development of Cellular Communication on Don" on which the acting the Governor Vasily Golubev and the group of experts met representatives of mobile network operators of the Rostov region took place. At a meeting the questions connected with simplification of input of stations of cellular communication in the territory of the region, and also questions of the organization of electronic interaction between authorities and mobile network operators were discussed. One of important decisions of the Governor became - the organization of electronic interaction between authorities and mobile network operators with connection of geoinformation from municipalities, in particular, stored in the Information Systems of Ensuring Town-planning Activity (ISETPA). For successful realization of such interaction expert participation of the Internet-Fregat company which created and introduced nearly two tens of municipal ISOGD and regional geographic information systems in the Rostov region will be useful.

28.07.2015 The Internet Frigate continues to conduct works on maintenance of an interactive information portal of the Don tourism

Last year the Rostov region gained the lead the tourism industry, accepting about one million travelers in a year, and all this thanks to active development of event tourism. These are such actions as Sholokhovsky spring, the Don fish soup, the Azov obsidional sitting, the Don rod which constantly put on weight and regularly increase number of organized groups of visitors. For development of appeal of the Don region to Russians and foreigners it is necessary to support constantly a high level of quality and professionalism. Therefore our company in 2015 continues work on maintenance and improvement of information portal of the Don tourism which was created by specialists of the Internet Frigate company in 2008 by request of Department of investments and business of the Rostov region. Within works on the current contract information maintenance, and also restructuring and development of a functional component of a portal is conducted. In particular, "Electronic guides" will be developed for a portal new, the structure and information contents of the section Tourism industry will be updated.

02.07.2015 The Internet Frigate company continues to conduct works on program technically support of the information system of ensuring town-planning activity (ISETPA) of the city of Rostov-on-Don

The contract is directed on improvement of ISOGD for the purpose of development of opportunities, regarding providing municipal services to the population and the organizations in electronic form. Within works on an official portal of City Council and the City administration of Rostov-on-Don the subsystem of providing information on Geoportala of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don on construction licenses and on commissioning with a binding to the card was created. According to the contract the subsystem which is responsible for synchronization of data between registration systems by Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and Department of the Property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don that allows administrators of the relevant systems to solve the arising conflicts in data at synchronization in the semi-automatic mode continues to be improved.
