The IT-company “Internet-Frigate” has experience in development of applications for mobile platforms.
Among used technologies the first place occupies Java 2 Micro Edition, Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP) 1.0 and 2.0.
The given platform can be used by us for development of various applications for mobile devices:
Various game applications (arcade, logic, solitaire, action and adventure, board games);
Applications for work with photos (received from digital cameras of mobile devices), video and music (in popular formats, for example mp3), graphic editors with simple functionality, editors of melodies for a bell;
Applied utilities, such as calculators, schedulers, directories with the friendly user interface and the expanded opportunities (search, optimization of storage of the information), email clients, the notebooks including convenient editing tools of texts (text editors).
As examples of applications it is possible to consider the following applications written for mobile phones (it is optimized for phones Nokia and Sony-Ericsson):
The arcade game Packman
It is a realization of world famous game Packman. 2 versions of game compatible with MIDP 1.0 and MIDP 2.0 have been realized. Graphical design is optimized both for color, and for monochrome displays. A game field is scrolling at movement of the player, therefore game process will be interesting as owners of high-end series models of phones with the big displays, and to owners of models of low-end series with small displays. The game was optimized by size.
The Fruit Salad game
One of variants of game diamonds mine. Two variants of this game are compatible with MIDP 1.0 and MIDP 2.0 also has been realized.
Besides developers of our company also had been studied the following mobile platforms:
Palm OS
As means of development base language C ++ was used Code Warrior 9.0. These knowledge concern developments of the applied programs working on handheld computer Palm, such as a program - browser of texts with the expanded opportunities (search, archiving, scheduler).
Windows CE
As a platform of development platform J2ME - specifications MIDP 1.0, MIDP 2.0 was used. Considering multiplatform environments of development Java, for devices under the control of Windows CE there is an opportunity of a spelling of the same types of programs as for mobile phones. Due to the greater productivity, these applications will have the expanded functionality in comparison with the programs which are carried out on mobile phones.
