The Company “Internet – Frigate” was established in 2000 and since then it has been actively developing. The company office is located in the town of Novocherkassk, Rostov region, Russia. “Internet – Frigate” is a member of Consortium "Fort-Ross IT Services" (St.-Petersburg) (www.fort-ross.ru) and Russian National Software Development Association RUSSOFT (Moscow) (www.russoft.org).
The major trends of our activities are:
designing of software (applied, specialized-calculating-measuring complexes, for entertainment-game and teaching systems, for mobile platforms);
creating Internet-system of different level of complexity (corporatve information systems, systems of electronic documents circulation automation, system of collective work automation and information exchange);
preparing corporative Web-representations, corporative personnel systems, Web-design, Web-programming;
professional testing of different program complexes.

The fact that in Novocherkassk there is a large technical University – South Russia State Technical University (Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute) plays an important role for the company. The company has the office building, specially designed for computer communications allocation. At corresponding funding there is the opportunity to cope with additional areas up to 1000 m2. The company office is equipped with updated computer techniques with the help of which highly-qualified programmers carry out a wide range of tasks: from making-up HTML code up to works with three-dimensional graphics. The given line of Internet is in operation. Thanks to that the company personnel has access to Worldwide network 24 hours. It helps us both study new technologies and realize constant distant interaction with our clients.
Managers of the company possess great experience in projects control. During this period standard procedures of supervising projects have been worked out in different fields of industry:
extensive design (detailed analysis of the problem by programmers and the project coordinator, choice of the best structural and functional decisions);
devising detailed plans of project conducting (extensive design allows us to create detailed plan of realizing the given tasks, made in the form of Gantt-diagrams, which is approved by a customer);
every day reports of programmers on the work done (gained experience of projects conducting allowed us to choose forms of reports for the company personnel. It helps managers and customers consistently control the stages of work; mechanism of preparing intermediate versions on different stages of project realization contributes much to estimation of product quality up to the very end of the project and introduction of changes in accordance with customers recommendations);
project testing after final time of development (this stage is an important part of designing any program products and is used for adjusting its functional capacities and providing maximum work quality);
strictly regulated rules of making and storing projects (the given measures allow us to orientate ourselves easily in the project, for example when new programmers join our team of developers or, if necessary, to introduce additional changes after the project completion – in accordance with customers wish).
Managers of the company have gained sufficient experience both in work with Russian and foreign customers (USA, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Ukraine). In addition, managers and programmers have some experience of working with several remote programmers-teams. Coordination of all teams was realized by e-mail, telephone conferences and system Internet-intercourse (MSN messenger, ICQ).
At present the introduction of International system of quality management ISO 9001:2000 has started in the group of enterprises of BVN Engineering, the company Internet – Frigate is a member of this group. The given standard regulates the application of processing approach at developing, introducing and improving the results of quality control system.
