Due to close cooperation with our leading specialists there took place the defense of 4 diploma-projects.
The first diploma-project was defended by a student of South Russia State Technical University of the chair “Automated control systems” Ruslan Azarov. The theme of the project is “Corporate information system of the enterprise “BVN-Intor” on the basis of the Internet technologies”. The project was carried out on the instructions of the enterprise and was devoted to the solution of the problem how to transfer the enterprise’s flow of documents into paper-free technologies.
“BVN-Intor” specializes on the development of science-intensive industries and solves a wide range of scientific and production problems in the fields of measuring devices, mechanical engineering, information technologies and in the sphere of exclusive uniform and equipment for protection in the extreme temperature conditions. The enterprise has wide ties with different regions of Russia that is why a problem to set up a system of automation of both documents flow during the product design and production and business processes is urgent.
Such system will allow:
to store a complete folder of design and technological documentation and register the changes that occur in it during the development;
to provide a portal for access to this information via the Internet;
to send out commercial information to the clients;
to fulfill delivery to prospective clients;
to closely and easily communicate with partners and suppliers by the use of the system;
to automate the inspection of the development process.
Nomenclature and motion of the documents participating in the process of the product development and implementation were examined in the project. This information made it possible to define a functional structure of the system. There were marked out. five groups of the functions which the system performs They include:
function of provision of engineering and technological documentation archives handling as well as a possibility to store and administrate covering documents;
a group of functions that support interaction with a removed terminal. These functions are as follows: support of work with a client, information exchange with a contractor, remote archive access, remote control by the working groups.
a group of functions connected with handling and storing of normative reference information such as reference documentation, normative acts, enterprise standards, state standards;
The functions mentioned were implemented during the project. System’s value increases if one inserts expert tasks and functions on project management into the system in addition to the enumerated information functions:
fixing of the work execution period specified by timing schedule, by the resolution of technical meetings, administration orders and so on;
control over the execution period, notice of the terms violation by the performers and administration;
search for analogues of a product or a block being under development in the archive of the enterprise;
control of the products and materials used whether they conform to a restrictive list of the enterprise.
These functions will be implemented under the system development.
Another defense of a diploma-project took place at the chair of “Software of computing machinery”. The theme of a diploma-project carried out by Alexej Kovalev is “Web-server development of the company “Internet-Frigate”. The main advantage implemented as a result of the diploma-project is dynamic back-office of a site giving a chance to change the content of its pages without programmer’s participation.
Together with the Internet technologies development our company supports research in a field of math modeling. The diploma-project “Application of integral equation of the first type to finding of primary parameters of a stripe line” became the result of the work done by Dmitriy Bykadorov, a student of the chair “Applied mathematics” and our company’s employees. The work outcome is the development of an effective method to find out primary parameters of a long line on the basis of the method of Fredholm’s integral equations of the first type and software development that implements the elaborated methods. At the same chair there took place the defense of a diploma-project “Calculation of the forces that act in an electrodynamic suspension with a continuous curtain in transient states”.
All the diploma-projects were carried out at a high level and got an excellent mark.
