At the initiative of experts in the sphere of information technologies of the region Council of designers of IT systems and Public council at the Ministry of information technologies and communication of the Rostov region announce open competition with public vote "IT person 2014".
"IT person 2014" is a unique opportunity to prove the
professionalism and to gain recognition in IT community, to lift the
the status at employers and partners. Applications of candidates are submitted as independently, and from the organizations.

Competition takes place in 3 stages:
1 stage - Filling of the questionnaire on the site of Council of designers of IT systems of the Rostov region: http://itsovet61.ru/itpersona/request.php.
Together with the demand it is possible to submit copies of diplomas, diplomas and responses from clients and colleagues.
2 stage – the Assessment of demands and the given materials a public contest committee. Following the results of 2 stages 10 applicants for a rank of the IT person of year will be selected.
3 stage – Open voting of the public on a portal of Council of designers of IT systems of the Rostov region.

Requirements to participants:
- The professional experience in the field of information technologies has to
to make not less than 3 years.
- The participant has to live in the territory of the Rostov region.
Competition is held from October 20 to December 20, 2014.
