In 2011 the staff of the Internet-Fregat company created web system of GKU RO "The Center of Storage of Archival Documents in the City of Mine of the Rostov Region". For four years this Internet resource considerably promoted processing of requests of the population for issue of data from archival fund, being convenient tools for employees of he Center of Storage of Archival Documents in the City of Mine of the Rostov Region.
Result of the next stage of works on improvement and modernization of web system of GKU RO "The Center of Storage of Archival Documents in the City of Mine of the Rostov Region" became not only improvement of the interface the front part of a resource regarding sections of News and Virtual exhibitions, but also improvement of a search engine and processing of demands in the section of management, for convenience of work of specialists of archive.
