For attraction of youth to the Don information and telecommunication sphere and developments of innovative projects in sector of high technologies, the Ministry of information technologies and communication of the Rostov region declares carrying out the first regional competition of IT projects.
The idea of carrying out competition of IT projects in February, 2013 was offered by the head of the Internet-Fregat company Sergey Homyakov on council of designers of IT systems of the Rostov region and supported by the governor.
Competition is held among developers of IT projects – the legal entities who are carrying out activity in the territory of the Rostov region; the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territory of the Rostov region.
Competition nominations:
• the best IT project of the Rostov region in the social sphere (education, medicine, culture, social protection of the population);
• the best interactive web portal or website;
• the best appendix for mobile platforms.
For participation in competition it is necessary to direct the demand in the established form to the commission on carrying out competition. You can download a demand form on a site http://donland.ru/. Competition is held according to the resolution of the government of the Rostov region of 04.09.2013 No. 555 "About the adoption of provision on competition of IT projects of the Rostov region".
Applications for participation in competition are accepted till September 23, 2014. By results of competition in each nomination one IT-proyekt-pobeditel to whom the rank "The best IT project of the Rostov region" in the corresponding nomination will be appropriated will be defined. For winners of competition honourable diplomas and rewards of 100 thousand rubles, for other participants - diplomas are provided.
