Creation of the universal mechanism for maintenance of youth actions already was started by experts the Internet Frigate. We will remind that the electronic base of talented youth of the Rostov region "Young talents of Don" was created by the Internet Frigate company in 2011. Development and maintenance of this resource is carried out by Agency of development of youth initiatives within realization of actions of the regional long-term target program "Youth of the Rostov Region".
