The meeting of heads of architecture and town-planning bodies of the Rostov region on a theme «Pressing questions of architecturally-town-planning activity at the present stage» has taken place on 8-9th. October, 2009 in Semikarakorsky area (Rostov region).

At this meeting there were main architects, heads and experts of branch bodies of all municipal unions of area and heads of the branch ministry. The meeting has passed under the chairmanship of A. Bojarinov - the main architect and the deputy minister of territorial development, architecture and town-planning of the Rostov region.

At the meeting our company had been presented the initiative of the basic automated information system of maintenance of town-planning activity introduction in municipal areas and medium-sized city districts.The director of Internet-Frigate S. Khomyakov has acted with the message on it. Information materials have been extended, talks with the main architects are given and their wishes are collected.

Internet-Frigate has an experience of working out and introduction of similar system in a big city - in the Department of architecture and town-planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don.

Our company is ready to hold information seminars on the basis of municipal unions, to carry investigation of their organizational and hardware-software structure of conducting information system of maintenance of town-planning activity, to offer its optimization.

Creation of similar systems on the unified program platform in municipalities will solve a problem with the regional information control system of town-planning and territorial development creation.

The materials about system have caused interest of experts at the meeting. Preliminary arrangements on joint analytical work on system's realization and introduction are received with four municipal unions of area.
