About this project: Staff of the Internet-Frigate company executed introduction of a geographic information system of ensuring activity (GISEA) in Department of a city economy of Rostov-on-Don for the purpose of connection of Department to a segment of municipal GIS of the city of Rostov-on-Don in the sphere of the property and land relations. The segment of municipal GIS of the city of Rostov-on-Don consists of departmental systems of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don and Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don (GISEA), joint in a common information space.
Connection to a segment of municipal GIS of the city of Rostov-on-Don allowed the staff of Department of economy to use data of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and Department of the property and land relations at execution of functions, including in the analysis of opportunities of implementation of investment projects.

About this project: The department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don (DPLR) provides carrying out uniform policy in the field of management and the order with municipal property and the land plots within Rostov-on-Don. Actual geoinformation is necessary for full implementation of the activity of DPLR in the operational mode. For maintaining own subject databases and exchange of information with Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don in DPLR by the Internet-Fregat company introduced a geographic information system of ensuring activity (GISEA).
The main solved objectives:
1. Maintaining internal cartography of DPLR with an automatic and manual binding of documentation to a cadastral map of the city.
2. Visualization of information which is in the DPLR subject database by means of cards as around the city in general, and on administrative regions of the city, certain territories, streets.
3. Creation of a common information space between Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don.

About this project: Youth Policy Committee of Rostov region is the executive authority responsible for the implementation of Rostov region of the state youth policy.
In part of support state provision to youth and children's organizations the Committee provides following public services:
1. Formation of regional registry of youth and children's organizations
2. Providing subsidies to student orders.
3. Provision of grants to youth and children's organizations
Provision of these services is associated with the collection and analysis of multiple types of documents, as well as need to conduct interagency cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service under provisions of the Federal Law ¹ 210-FZ "On the organization of public and municipal services." In order to automate service processes, it was decided to implement the Committee's automation services (SAPU), developed by "Internet-Frigate", Ltd.
This system solves following problems:
1. Automate interaction with applicant through the website of the Committee www.kmparo.ru (it's also developed by ”Internet-Frigate” Company).
2. Automation of internal process of rendering the Committee of public services.
3. Providing information system interaction with the Committee's interagency electronic interaction (SMEV).
4. An analysis and reporting unit.
Thanks to automating service delivery processes in the Committee on Youth Policy Rostov region improved the quality of maintenance of registers of grantees through automated controls input, multiple reduced delays in obtaining information from the Federal Tax Service, set up a process for effective processing, retrieval and analysis of data. Implementation of the system also simplifies the interaction with the applicants is carried out through the site of the Committee now.

About this project: Subsystem of interagency electronic interaction with the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) was developed and implemented in the Department of Property and Land Relations of Rostov-on-Don (DIZO) by "Internet-Frigate” Company.
The subsystem is a part of geoinformation system security activities in a field of property and land relations of Rostov-on-Don (GISOD ISO), and maintain a register of requests and received information, integrated into a single card, and also automates the process of interaction with Rosreestr.
Interaction with electronic services Rosreestr is available in two versions:
1. By means of automated interaction.
2. Semi-automated interaction is implemented by the portal services Rosreestr as duplicate way interaction.
As part of the register of requested and provided data subsystem provides following functions:
1. Writing and correction requests.
2. Integrated storage and display of information requests and obtained information in the form of a single card.
3. Establishment of query data with spatial features of GIS subsystem.
4. Displaying electronic images of documents that are part of the findings.
5. Timing control of execution of works by sending requests and receiving information.
6. Reporting.
Staff of DIZO Rostov-on-Don with the subsystem sends a huge amount of service requests Rosreestr to obtain information necessary for the provision of municipal services. Monthly volume of requests Rosreestr is 1500-2000.

About this project: By order of the Southern Territorial Directorate for Development of the State Border of Russian Federation (YUTU Rosgranitsa), we have introduced Docsvision system. A client part of the system Docvision version 5.0 is conventionally of two main components:
The client Docsvision 5.0, in which a Navigator and cards are implemented by .NET;
Workplace of an administrator to fine-tune of employees’ workplace, organizing initial configuration of the folders, views, roles, and other elements used in each particular a company.
The project team exercise supply and installation of the system Docsvision, and also carried out an initial adaptation of the system to the specifics of the customer, provided training on administration and configuration.
The system will register, form document, send tasks to a statement, the coordination and execution of documents, report on a documents and mail. The system will allow distinguishing between rights of access to documents, reports e-mail as well as in general and up to the permits, which vary depending on the day of a week.

The system provides performance of following functions:
conducting the register of checks of subjects of small and average business of the Rostov region on the basis of the information given by supervising bodies;
possibility of entering in system of calls and the questions arriving from controllable subjects of small and average business, with a view of the subsequent analysis and processing;
