The main objectives of creating a base of innovative developments are:

• Increase the level of activity in the innovative segment of the Rostov region;
• Creation of environment for innovation and commercialization of high technologies in the Rostov region;
• Creation of tools for monitoring the dynamics of innovative activity in Rostov Region;
• Creation of tools for collecting, storing and processing information about the innovative segment of the Rostov region;

The objectives have been achieved by implementing the following functions, mechanisms and techniques:

• Implementation mechanisms, interfaces and methods of forming the roster of innovative proposals and process requests;
• Implementation of mechanisms of information storage on the applicant's information into the database of innovative proposals and process queries;
